After taking a taxi to the resort, you will check in at the front desk where they have your all-inclusive day pass booking. Then your all-inclusive day begins. With over a mile of the beach area, there will be plenty of space and room for you to pick your favorite spot to get settled. Then you will have to make some decisions on what to do with the rest of your time!

Everything is provided for you on your All-Inclusive Beach Resort Day Pass. Hungry? Thirsty? Well, there are 5 bars along with 2 restaurants!! You have your choice of snacks, entrees, inside dining, down on the beach, or eating by the pool. The open bar choices include domestic as well as international items and drinks. 

For those wanting more action, there is tennis, putt-putt, a fitness room, and an activities room for indoor fun with ping pong, billiards, and more. There is some of the best reef snorkeling just yards off the beach and all snorkel gear is provided. If you would like to enjoy a freshwater swimming pool you will have 5 pools to choose from! The entertainment and activities staff will have games, lessons, and activities going on so you can join in.

If you have smaller children with you, do not worry; not only is there a children's wading pool but also a supervised children's activity room to keep them safely occupied and entertained.

The friendly and attentive staff will try their best to ensure you have a great day. There is only one bad part about this excursion...at some point, you will need to catch a taxi back to your ship and say 'Hasta la vista' until your next vacation or cruise to Cozumel, Mexico!

Excursion Notes

• This Cozumel all-inclusive resort day pass is valid from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM local Cozumel time.
• Guests are required to provide a credit card in case of any damages.
• Please note that you cannot book this excursion last minute unless you have access to a printer. The front desk requires a paper copy of your e-ticket.
• All guests MUST bring a copy of their passport or an ID at the moment of the Day Pass check-in.

Where we meet

For this Cozumel El Cozumeleno All Inclusive Beach Resort Day Pass you meet directly at the front desk of the El Cozumeleno Resort (approximate taxi cost is $16.00 USD for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
