Are you searching for a mix of adventure and relaxation? On the Ensenada ATV Hot Springs Excursion, you will enjoy a cool cruise on ATVs through the city of Ensenada and beautiful mountain passes on your way to Rancho San Carlos Hot Springs. See parts of Ensenada that not everyone on the ship will experience; local people, beaches, and even cross rivers, all while surrounded by mountains. Once at the Hot Springs, you will have the opportunity to soak in the warm water of the volcanic springs. This is a unique and relaxing adventure that you do not want to miss!

Once you have docked in Ensenada you will exit your ship and walk a short two minutes to meet your guide. Automatic ATVs are easy to operate. You have the option of riding single on your ATV or riding double with a friend or family member (please see the pricing). You will receive a short safety briefing regarding the ATV's operation, showing how they operate, given your helmet, and then off you will zoom; you will follow after your guide. You will drive through the small town streets, seeing how the locals go about their lives. When you drive by the beach and can stop for a few photos, just ask your guide!

After cruising through the roadway for about 6 miles you will start the off-road section of your adventure. Take in the mountain views and keep your eyes open for wildlife. Cross rivers to get to your final destination, the hot springs. The park has an additional $12.00 USD entrance fee (approximate) for those wishing to indulge; well worth the price to be able to soak your stress away in the hot pools. There is also a mud bath for serious spa seekers.

After you have relaxed away all your stress, you will hop back on your ATV for the return through the mountains to Ensenada and the cruise ship pier.

NOTE: Please note the operator needs a minimum of 2 ATVs per booking to run this excursion.

Excursion Notes

• We recommend you wear closed-toed shoes and clothes you can get dirty.
  
• Bring along sun protection, a change of clothes, and cash for balance payment, extra fees, tips, souvenirs, etc.
  
• The entrance fee to the hot springs is not included, the cost is $12.00 USD per person.
• Please pay attention to the restrictions and requirements for this excursion, no refund will be granted if the requirements are not met.

Where we meet

For the Ensenada ATV Hot Springs Excursion, you will meet after a short 2-minute walk from your Ensenada cruise ship pier. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum participation age is 5 years old.
• To drive SOLO the minimum age is 16 years old.
• If there are minors driving solo, the parent or guardian must show a valid driver's license and will be responsible for the minor's ATV.
• The maximum combined weight for double riding is 420lbs (190 kg).
• This excursion is not allowed for pregnant women, people with epilepsy, breathing issues, heart conditions, or guests with limited mobility.
• This Ensenada ATV Hot Springs Excursion may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
