Excursion Notes

• We suggest you bring comfortable clothing, a bathing suit/towel, sun protection, any snacks you might want, cash for tips, food/beverages at the beach, etc.
• Children must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian at all times.
• The Grand Cayman Catamaran Sail with Stingray City, Snorkeling & Starfish Point Excursion provides life vests; however, it is possible to bring yours if needed.
• Please note there is a minimum of 10 participants is needed to run the excursion; if the minimum is not met, the operator may cancel.
• The excursion does not include food; however, guests are welcome to bring their food and snacks on board.

Where we meet

For this Grand Cayman Catamaran Sail with Stingray City, Snorkeling & Starfish Point Excursion, you will meet within walking distance of the Grand Cayman Royal Watler cruise ship terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• Please note that this excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
• Guests must be able to stand and board the catamaran on their own to participate on this excursion.
• If a guest has a health issue such as a heart condition, for example, they need to advise the greeting attendant and captain so they are aware of it and can watch out for them as a different color life vest will be provided for such occasions. 
• The minimum age to participate in the snorkel activity is 4 years old. Infants are allowed to participate with a parent at all times at Stingray City and Starfish Point as both areas are not very deep.
• It is mandatory for guests traveling with minors from 18 years and under to sign a liability waiver before boarding the Catamaran as per Caymanian law.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
