This is a great Grand Cayman shore excursion combo - enjoy the famous Stingray City and a relaxing beach break! This is a fun way to see one of Cayman's most famous sites riding your own jet skis! Round-trip transportation is provided from the Grand Cayman cruise pier area too.

The friendly jet ski cruise excursion staff will be waiting for you just a short 4-minute walk from the cruise ship terminal. They will get you checked in and in the transportation for a short drive to the beach site where your wave runners are waiting. 

Your English-speaking excursion guide will go over the jet ski riding instructions, and safety information and then lead you to your Sea-Doo 1500cc new wave runner jet ski. Do not worry if you have never ridden a jet ski before, the guides will teach you everything you need to know for a fun and safe ride. You will follow the guide through the crystal clear water of the Cayman Islands to Stingray City Sandbar.

Located about 20 minutes away from the beach, the iconic Stingray City Sandbar is an unforgettable adventure. The jet ski guides will instruct you how to interact with the docile, calm rays. You will hop in the 3 feet shallow water and have the opportunity to touch, pet, and possibly even feed them. The guide will be in the water at all times assisting you. Your time at Stingray City is about 30 minutes.

Your guide will then lead you back on the jet skis for a relaxing 45 minutes beach break on a beautiful sandy beach. You can enjoy the clean, white sandy beach, play in the aqua-blue water or just relax. Food and beverages may be purchased at your own expense. Your time at the beach is about 45 to 50 minutes.

Your Grand Cayman Jet Ski Cruise Excursion guides will lead the group back to the beach starting point and the transportation will take you back to the cruise terminal.

Excursion Notes

• We suggest you bring comfortable clothing, a bathing suit/towel, sun protection, any snacks you might want, cash for tips, food/beverages at the beach, etc.
  
• Please note that Grand Cayman is a cruise ship tender port, you will not be docked so you should allow enough time to get off the ship.
  
• Not available on Sundays

Where we meet

For this Grand Cayman Jet Ski, Stingray City, and Beach Break Cruise Excursion, you will meet just outside your Grand Cayman Cruise Ship Terminal. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket. The meeting time is 30 minutes before departure time.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum participation age is 5 years old.
• The minimum age to drive a  jet ski is 18 years old - all drivers must present a valid license.
• A credit card is needed for insurance deposit onsite
• This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
• The maximum weight limit is 450lbs (205Kg) per jet ski.
• No triple riding allowed. Single riders 18 years + or double riding only.
• This Grand Cayman Jet Ski, Stingray City, and Beach Break Excursion may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
