Stops will include the famous St Benezet Bridge, also known as the Pont d'Avignon, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and carries quite a bit of history, the Palais des Pales (Pope's Palace), a UNESCO World Heritage site, bearing witness to the time when the papal seat moved to France, featuring over 25 tourist attractions including staterooms, chapels, cloisters, and private papal apartments with incredible frescoes, and the famous historic center featuring a plethora of quaint boutiques and cafes. Then follow in Van Gogh's footsteps and explore Saint Remy de Provence and the monastery Saint-Paul-de-Mausole (not included - 5 Euros/person), to discover the painter's home for one year (1889-1890) and enjoy the magic ambiance of the place that inspired one of his most famous paintings, la Nuit Etoilée/Starry Night. When your excursion is completed, your guide will drive you back to your Marseille cruise port where you can board your ship or continue to explore at your own expense.

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
