Excursion Notes

• We recommend you bring a swimsuit and water shoes or sandals.
• Bring along a small backpack with water, a towel, a change of clothes, a camera (waterproof case), sun protection, cash for snacks, tips, shopping, etc.
• If anyone from your group does not show up without the required prior notice, you may need to pay 20% of their balance as well (directly to the operator as a no-show penalty).

Where we meet

For this Montego Bay City Highlights and Beach Day Pass at Luxury Boutique S Hotel, you will meet directly at your Montego Bay cruise ship pier terminal. All necessary information will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• This shore excursion is wheelchair accessible, however, guest should be able to walk into the bus and the wheelchair or scooter folded and placed in the truck of the vehicle.
• The minimum participation age is 6 years old.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult/guardian participating in the same shore excursion.

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
