• Please consider your physical fitness level and medical history before selecting this tour.
• Boarding and disembarking the local panga-style boat requires a minimum level of strength and flexibility.
• We recommend you wear comfortable clothes and long pants, sun protection, insect repellent, cash for souvenirs, tips, etc.
• Children must be paired with their parents/guardians in some of the activities.
• While wildlife sightings are common, they cannot be guaranteed as animals are in their natural environment.
• The aerial tram ride and observation tower may not be suitable for people with a fear of heights.
  
  

Where we meet

For this Panama Colon Jungle Views by Aerial Tram and Sightseeing Excursion, you will meet a short 5-minute walk outside your Panama City cruise ship pier. All the necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• There is a minimum of 2 participants per booking to run the excursion.
• Due to the amount of activity, this excursion is not suitable for guests with any type of mobility issues, pregnant guests, or guests with any medical issues that prohibit hiking/climbing.
• This excursion does not accommodate wheelchairs/scooters.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
