You will meet your professional, English-speaking Belize excursion guide just outside your Belize tender terminal where you will board your air-conditioned vehicle to begin your excursion. The guide will be giving you info about the sights you will see and the places you will visit. 

Your first shore excursion stop will feature walking into a city residence's backyard and seeing the local wildlife like iguanas, fish, and birds. then it's onto the Rum Factory for a sampling of 2 samples of local rum at the Travellers Rum factory, where, for only $1.00, you can sample even more!

Leaving the rum factory you will catch a glimpse of St. John's Cathedral and the famous Belize City swing bridge. Along the way, your guide will provide historical and cultural anecdotes. Take advantage of the great photo opportunity in front of the famous Belize sign before returning to your Belize cruise ship tender terminal.

Where we meet

Excursion Restrictions

• This Belize Rum Factory and Sightseeing Excursion cannot accommodate electric wheelchairs or scooters, only those with collapsible wheelchairs can fit on the transportation.
• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old on this Belize shore excursion.

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
