Come explore the underwater wonders of Costa Maya, encounter fascinating Caribbean marine life, and create memories you’ll never forget!

During approximately one hour of snorkeling, you’ll explore the natural beauty of our reef lagoon and have the opportunity to see a variety of coral reefs, colorful tropical fish, graceful rays, and majestic sea turtles swimming in their natural habitat.

Keep your eyes open and your camera ready, you never know what amazing marine life you’ll encounter beneath the surface!

We also invite you to help us protect the ocean and preserve the marine life that makes this experience so unique. Please enjoy the reef responsibly and avoid touching or disturbing the animals and coral.

Excursion Notes

• There is no bathroom available on board.
• Please bring along sun protection, a towel, a change of clothes, and a great mood!
• We suggest you wear your swimsuit under your clothes.
• Guests prone to seasickness should take precautions ahead of time.
• There is a maximum of 10 participants per boat, the local vendor has 2 boats.

Where we meet

For this Costa Maya Snorkeling Adventure Excursion, you will meet after a short taxi ride from your cruise pier. All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
• This excursion is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• Minimum age to participate is 6 years old.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
• This Costa Maya Snorkeling Adventure Excursion may involve risks. We suggest you check with your elected person of choice to see if these possible risks might affect you.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
