Your journey begins as you disembark and meet your professional guide just outside the cruise terminal. From there, you’ll be escorted to your transportation, which will take you to your first stop: an eco-friendly Hydrobike ride on the harbor. Glide through the crystal-clear waters as you take in breathtaking views of the vibrant coastline and lush tropical landscapes.

Next, get up close with some of Roatan’s most beloved residents at Daniel Johnson’s Monkey and Sloth Hangout. Here, you’ll have the chance to see up close these playful monkeys and gentle sloths, creating memories that will last a lifetime. You will have several photo opportunities so have the camera ready!
Please note that, due to local regulations, holding the animals is no longer allowed. However, you’ll still have the chance to get up close and personal with them!

After your wildlife experience, dive into the vibrant world beneath the waves with a guided snorkeling adventure. Explore one of the Caribbean’s most pristine coral reefs, where you’ll discover colorful fish, graceful sea turtles, and a variety of marine life during this 45-minute excursion.

Following your underwater exploration, your guide will take you to the serene paradise of Brady’s Cay, a private island beach resort. Spend the afternoon unwinding on soft sandy beaches, surrounded by turquoise waters. Enjoy access to the resort’s amenities, including restrooms, showers, lounge chairs, and more. Food and drinks are available for purchase if you’d like to indulge.

As your unforgettable day winds down, you’ll be escorted back to your transportation for a relaxing ride back to your cruise terminal, with a heart full of amazing memories to share with loved ones!

Excursion Notes

• We recommend bringing biodegradable sunscreen, a swimsuit, a towel, a camera, a change of clothes, and cash for any remaining balance on the excursion, as well as for food, drinks, souvenirs, tips, and other purchases.
• Your snorkeling experience during this excursion will last approximately 45 minutes.
• Please consider due to local regulations holding Monkeys, Sloths, or any other wild animal is no longer permitted.
• Not available on Sundays

Where we meet

For the Roatan Hydrobike, Reef Snorkeling, Monkeys & Sloth Hangout with Beach Break Excursion, you'll meet your guide just outside the Roatan Mahogany Bay or Coxen Hole cruise ship pier in Honduras. All the essential details will be provided on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket for your convenience.

Excursion Restrictions

• This Roatan Hydrobike, Reef Snorkeling, Monkeys & Sloth Hangout with Beach Break Excursion is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
• This excursion is not wheelchair accessible.
• Children younger than 8 years old must participate as passengers with a parent or guardian.
• Please note the maximum weight limit allowed for this activity is 280 pounds (127 kg approximately).

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
