This Roatan Private Catamaran Sailing and Snorkeling Adventure Excursion is available for cruise ship passengers arriving at the Port of Roatan Coxen Hole and Mahogany Bay.

You will have a relaxing and fun day on your Private Catamaran Cruise Excursion in Roatan. The beautiful Caribbean waters, the Blue Channel (one of Roatan's best snorkel sites), drinks, and snacks all await you on this day sailing adventure. Enjoy...the boat is all for your private Roatan excursion group!

Prearranged round-trip transportation (not included) will be waiting just outside your Roatan cruise terminal (Coxen Hole and Port of Roatan Mahogany Bay) for a worry-free ride to the catamaran dock. The dock is not far and the private charter captain will be there waiting for you.

The maximum number of passengers is 15 for a more personalized day far from the crowded cruise excursions. Your 31' sailing catamaran will provide everyone loads of room to spread out and relax as the boat gets under sail.

Your Private Catamaran Snorkel Excursion route on the way to the Roatan Marine Park is full of surprise views - watch for the numerous dolphins that live in the area. The snorkeling at the Marine Park is outstanding. All of the snorkel gear is provided and the staff will lead you on a guided snorkel to see the rainbow of tropical fish.

From the Marine Park, you will sail to the Blue Channel which is one of Roatan's most famous sights and known for its amazing snorkeling. From the coral formations to the tropical marine life, snorkeling does not get much better than this anywhere! Bring your waterproof camera to capture some of the sights.

When you are finished with your snorkel, relax and refresh on the catamaran deck with your choice of beverages (bottled water, juice, rum punch, or ice-cold beer!) served along with a tasty snack of spicy plantains. On the way back to the dock, enjoy the sunshine, spread out your towel, and relax. You will have approximately 4 hours of sailing fun.

The cost of the round-trip transportation is $15.00 USD for adults and $10.00 USD for children. Depending on which Roatan pier your ship arrives at, the transportation time takes 30 to 60 minutes. See ticket for more information.

• We suggest you bring a swimsuit, towel, sun protection, waterproof camera, cash for tips, additional purchases, etc
  
• Transportation is not included, the operator offers R/T transportation service for $15.00 USD per adult, and $10.00 USD per child. Transportation time is approximately 30 minutes.

Where we meet

For the Roatan Private Catamaran Sail and Snorkel Charter Excursion, you will meet outside your Roatan cruise terminal (Coxen Hole and Port of Roatan Mahogany Bay). All necessary information is included on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• Guests should know how to swim and be comfortable in the water.
• Guests will use a ladder to climb in and out of the water from the catamaran.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
• Your ship skips/misses the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
  
• Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
• Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
