• The beach area directly in front of the resort is public by law. The beach area on the resort grounds. is private only to guests staying with a day pass.
• Bookings made more than 60 days before the date will not be accepted.
  

Where we meet

For the St. Maarten All-Inclusive Sonesta Maho Beach Resort Day Pass Excursion, you will meet directly at Guest Services of the Sonesta Maho Beach Resort in St. Maarten. There are plenty of taxis available at your St. Maarten cruise terminals as well as at the resort to take you back (approximate taxi cost is $8.00 USD per person, not included with excursion). All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

Excursion Restrictions

• The minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old.
• Even though the resort is child-friendly, children must be supervised at all times.
  
• Guests wishing to go into the casino but be prepared to show proof of age - 18 years old is the minimum. Proper attire is required.

Excursion FAQ

Cancellation

• You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
• Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
• Your ship misses/skips the port.
• Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
• A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
  
• Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
